2 different kind of salads
Carrot and Apple Salad 0 pp
Grate equal amounts of apple and carrots mix together with the juice of half a lemon. You will be surprised with the nice taste of this!!!
German Pasta Salad 4 pp per portion
This recipe has 4 portions and is great for bringing to a Party or 2 days of packed lunch. The recipe has 16 pp altogether but you can change that easily.
I used Lidl for the ingrediants.
1 Dulano german Bockwurst - 4 pp
1 tin of carrots
1 tin of peas - 4 pp
60g of fry pasta - 6 pp
little onion
hand full of sliced pickles
100g lighter than light mayo - 2 pp
salt
parsley if you like
Drain the tins of peas and carrots. You have to use the tinned veg instead the fresh veg for the right taste of this recipe. Also try it without the onion altogether. Boil the pasta (not too soft), let is cool and than add all other things. keep in fridge eat within 3 days.

Tuna cream cheese sandwich filling
This is great for bringing on a picnic or for a filling lunch!
This is all you need for this very nice filling for sandwiches or a Bagel. Medium portion with 2 slices of toast or WW bagel is 7pp very large portion with big lidl bagel is 10pp
For a large portion use 100g/ 2pp of the cream cheese or 50g/ 1pp for a medium portion.
half a tin of Tuna in brine not oil, drained 2pp
I use only a little bit of onion or 1 spring onion and a little bit of finely cut celery, but thats optional
you can also add chopped sweet peppers or tomato.
add salt and pepper and with a fork mush it until it becomes a paste.
It is very nice on a bagel. Weight watchers Bagels are 4pp but they are small. Lidle sell a 2 pack of sealed bagels for 6pp each. They come with seeds on or plain. just half them and put into the toaster.

make yogurt salad dressing with this or a very nice tzatziki dip just
add garlic, salt, pepper, finely cut cucumber and onions.
It is also nice with honey and fruits!

great app
I love this app! It helps me to keep on top of things and it is exspecialy good to keep track of how many pro points you have used. It is a great visual, to keep motivated! It is also great for anything you want to form a good habit with! For example on mine I have going to bed at 10, getting the kids to school on time, and exercise.

points gone UP for low fat yogurt!!!
I used to eat the Linessa Fat free yogurts at 1pp all the time. They just changed the design of the pack a bit, so I pro pointed them again. they are now 3 pp each!!! That is the same as the Milbona full fat yogurt!!!
BUT I ALSO HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS! For my friends who have access to Marks and Spencers. I am sure you know the "count on us" products that have the pro points on the back. I went in there yesterday to pick up something for lunch, but they only had a very small selection left, so out of curiosity I took out my calculator and pro pointed the ready made pasta salads of the "fuller for longer" range. I found that a lot of them had the same (or even less) pro points as the "count on us" things. So next time you are in there, point some of them, it is worth it!
Salmon and Oven Veg
This is a very easy to make, healthy and tasty dinner! The recipe is for 12 pp but you can just make it with less potato or substitute some potato for butternut squash (Butternut squash=0pp) It also works well with chicken breast fillet instead of fish.
1 salmon fillet - 6 pp. Lidl sell a freezer pack of 2 for 6 pp each
300 g potato - 6 pp
4-6 carrots depending on size
Fine cut dried or fresh rosemary, if you like it on the potatoes
OPTIONAL - A hand full of cherry tomatoes or sugar snap peas or small mushrooms
Bake on full heat until browning.Sprinkle rosemary over the potatoes if you like it. Season with salt.
If you want less carrots and you want to add a hand full of cherry tomatoes or sugar snap peas or small mushrooms, just throw them in top of the finished tray, toss them in the oil of the salmon and leave in the oven for an extra 5 min.
Cheesy Cauliflower, Potatoes and Chicken
Cheesy Cauliflower, Potatoes and Chicken
I make this for 10 pp but you can easily adjust the points to your needs.
1 smal Cauliflower just remove the leaves, don't cut. If its a big one, half it.
1 Chicken Breast Fillet. Lidl sell a fridge pack with 4 individually wrapped fillets at 3 pp each
250 g potatos 5 pp or however many potatoes you want, 100 g potatoes = 2 pp
2 slc Linessa cheese singles 2 pp
I like to leave the cauliflower whole because I can boil the potatoes in the same pot that way. Just add salt or stock to the water and some Nutmeg, Salt and Parsley over the top of the Cauliflower.
Fry the chicken breast with some low fat cooking spray and salt.
After draining serve on plate and while cauliflower is still hot, put the two slices of cheese singles over it, they will melt into the cauliflower nicely.

Welcome to my blog!
Hello Everybody,
In this blog I will be putting down a lot of my recipes that I have been using on my Weight Watchers journey. I am going to put the pro points beside the shopping list. The recipes should all be simple and quick to make, as I don't have much time to cook, with 5 children 7 years and under. I will also give you my best tips on where to buy the products with the lowest points. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
This is my 5th time on Weight Watchers. I have joined after each pregnancy. With each pregnancy I have put on around 70 pound/ 35 Kg and just kept putting it on after the baby was born. Only with the help of the Weight Watchers program have I lost all of that Weight each time. I am usually about 2 pound away from skinny goal when I find out that I am pregnant again (:
Now that I am not planning any more children I am looking forward to finally getting to goal and maintaining the weight. I have so far lost 30 pound/ 15 Kg.
