natural yogurt and cream cheese and yogurt drink

 Low fat yogurt for 1 pp/ 100g,

make yogurt salad dressing with this or a very nice tzatziki dip just
add garlic, salt, pepper, finely cut cucumber and onions.
It is also nice with honey and fruits!

cream cheese 4 pp for the whole pack!
You can use this in cooking as an alternative to cream! It is nice with pasta and broccoli or rice and veg in a risotto. It makes a great Tuna filling. recipe for that in my next post!
